Website Development on top of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 which included migrating the current website content to the new one and customizing a special features such as Menu Management , News , Banner Management, Booking Engine Management .
The solution provided to MEW was implemented as an intranet collaboration solution for all the departments (مكتب الوزير و مكاتب جميع الوكلاء) and repository and document management system based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 with integration with a third party tool to provide capturing.
The solution provided to KIA was implemented as an intranet collaboration solution for all the departments and repository and document management system based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 with integration with multiple back end applications.
The solution provided to PMO was implemented as an intranet collaboration solution for all the units and repository and document management system based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 with integration with a third party tool to provide capturing and Arabic OCR features. Plexus was selected by the PMO information consultant (Tony Blair Office.)

By using the SharePoint technologies we leveraged .net tools, document management and workflow capabilities. Now KIA has the ability to present itself to public (Arabic/English) through a dynamic enabled and secured website. Public relations department, marketing department, and any other department involved in updating the website can do so through a content publishing portal. Through KIA web portal, departments with security permissions for each group of users can edit, get approval collection (through workflow process), and finally to publish.
This system handles the contract lifecycle from the moment of creating the tender, through preparation of the tender documents (collaboration on the documents between the tender committee, the coordinator and the GM using Windows Workflow and integrating it with SharePoint through Microsoft Visual Studio), ending with the contracting stage, which covers the payment terms and conditions, penalties, delivery stages…etc.) and the contract follows up
The implemented solution comprise of comprehensive Content Management System, with extensive additional document management and workflow capabilities to meet the needs of Noor Investment Company.
As per Noor Investment Company Requirements, The Users has been configured and classified according to the security rules and authentication required, The Profile of each department has been generated and training has been provided to the end user.
The solution based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. The solution included dynamic workflow engine that will allow the administrator to create unlimited number of workflow processes and also a reporting and business intelligence tool that will allow the creation of dynamic reports and do analysis on them from different kind of data sources
The Implemented Solution included installation of Microsoft Office Share Point Server 2007, Workflow Engine and Reporting & Business Intelligence.
Plexus Configured the Implemented Solution with the following Active Directory integration and Single Sign On, Portal, User Security, Document Management, Outlook Integration, My Site, Workflow Engine, Reporting and Business Intelligence.
As well Plexus customized the implemented Solution to have the same look and feel of Tamdeen Corporate Identity, As well Plexus Customized the solution to get advantage of its Document Management System feature, Workflow and Reporting & Business Intelligence.
The project deliverables included creating multiple websites for Equate Department including developing the required graphical customization, Creation of standard template and implementation of main collaboration services within Microsoft Office Share Point Server 2007 with customized attributes and layout
